Vaccine Happy Day!

Sunshine and vaccine #2! It’s a happy moment but also an odd one. I’m in the sun but you can see the big red spots on my face from recent skin cancer prevention laser blasts. I was only in the sun for this picture since I didn’t have on sunscreen. (Lesson obviously not learned)

6 hours after this, I got the full immune reaction. Fever, chills, dizziness and nausea. Ugh, what a 36 hours. Not looking forward to the booster next year. (Moderna)

Even so, it’s worth it to not have that worry and have the future freedom to travel again!
