What is this mystery blob on my Caesar Salad? I looked down at the plate with my jet lagged brain trying to figure it out. Was it my dressing just plopped on? Sour cream? Or, nooooo! It's a poached egg! Who does that? Isn't the raw egg supposed to be part of the dressing blend not an ingredient? It wasn't even stated on the menu it's so standard here. Well, who knew. The shrimp were great though!
