Invisalign with Yertle - July

It's close to the 5 month mark with the retainer. In the last couple of weeks I've been leaving it off for longer periods of time during the day. At 6-7 hours the retainer snaps back into place with ease and at 8-9 hours it's a bit tighter and I can tell my teeth are still trying to shift. I'm going to stay with this plan for the next 10 days and see what happens if I go longer starting with my upcoming Australia work trip. The positive spin is that in the last two weeks I can see there really is going to be a point where I can reduce to only nightly wear and it will be okay. Hang in there fellow Invisaligners!
