44,100 Miles

I've had my Dad's truck for 6 years now. When I drove it home there was 43K miles on the odometer. Farmer's Insurance questions me every year on if I really only drive it 3600 miles or less (super low insurance) and I don't admit that I barely get 200 miles a year on it. But as all things change, so did the odometer. Last week I hit the 44,100 mark. Not too bad for a 1992 Toyota.

    That truck will probably still run fine well after 200,000 miles.

First the backstory. In about a week I'll be boarding a cruise ship (this year's Cruise Trek) in Romania. When I booked the flight many months ago, I had a brilliant idea to go in a week early to Vienna and use it as a base to spend a few nights each in Albania and Bosnia.
