The sun is somewhat out and the temperature went slightly above freezing to allow for some rain and snow that. Ice is slowly breaking up on the river and soon people won't be able to use it as a walk-way or party area anymore. Around the corner tourist busses were lining up as winter slowly ends in Saint Petersburg.
 If you look closely in the below picture, on the bottom right you can see the footprints and beer bottle.

    The reflection of the sun off the ice creates a nice blue glow on the buildings. Do you still see very young kids drinking around the city?

First the backstory. In about a week I'll be boarding a cruise ship (this year's Cruise Trek) in Romania. When I booked the flight many months ago, I had a brilliant idea to go in a week early to Vienna and use it as a base to spend a few nights each in Albania and Bosnia. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago and the Covid restrictions, flight schedules, and hotel prices made me give up.
