Escrow Update

12 days into Escrow for the house sale. The buyers are first time and super cautious.  The house is getting inspection after inspection and quotes for repairs. The good part is that I'll sell guilt free after all this work and I'm learning a lot of what to do and look for when I buy my next place. It seems like it's taking forever even though it's been a short time. I don't miss the house but I do miss the easy access to the beach. I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far!
