Afternoon Walk in Copenhagen

A short walk from the hotel and off the tourist path is a small lake with a walking/biking trail. Various church towers pop up in visibility behind the trees, and the afternoon sun gleams off the water making for a relaxing stroll.
 Even the weather warmed up a bit as if to soften the blow for the coming days of rain.
 This was taken on Oct. 6. I wonder how soon it will be before all the trees are red?

First the backstory. In about a week I'll be boarding a cruise ship (this year's Cruise Trek) in Romania. When I booked the flight many months ago, I had a brilliant idea to go in a week early to Vienna and use it as a base to spend a few nights each in Albania and Bosnia. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago and the Covid restrictions, flight schedules, and hotel prices made me give up.
