Smoky Mountain Brewery

After Zorbing it was time for a beer! Turns out that there is a microbrewery in Pigeon Forge so it was off  to the Smoky Mountain Brewery for local flavor!
Ah, nothing like a cold beer to ice down the elbow injury. By the next morning this small red area had turned into a lovely shade of purple bruising. The beer was a summer IPA. Overall, they had good beer that reminded me of Oggi's in San Diego. Our waiter was nice and stunned that two women were in there for the purpose of drinking beer. Most of the other women were watching their husband/boyfriend drink.

First the backstory. In about a week I'll be boarding a cruise ship (this year's Cruise Trek) in Romania. When I booked the flight many months ago, I had a brilliant idea to go in a week early to Vienna and use it as a base to spend a few nights each in Albania and Bosnia. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago and the Covid restrictions, flight schedules, and hotel prices made me give up.
